Seat Heating

The comfort of heated seats is unrivaled. The rapid heating of the seat surface allows this comfort to be felt immediately, almost regardless of the ambient temperature. Our textile heating elements are ideal for installation as seat heaters in various types of vehicles such as cars, motorcycles, trucks, forklifts, industrial trucks, construction and agricultural machinery.

From motorcycles to trucks

Our heating elements are suitable for various vehicle seats and work with a voltage of e.g. 12 or 24 volts, but also with any other low voltage, depending on your requirements and design. The typical power range per heating element is approx. 25 to 40 watts, depending on the requirements and installation situation. Your individual application dictates the actual performance.

The control and operation

The temperature of the seat heating can be regulated or controlled in various ways. The simplest way is switched by the user using an ON/OFF switch. Temperature-dependent control can be implemented with a thermostat or a combination of control, switch and temperature sensor.

The reliability

Our textile heating elements are flexible, mechanically very robust and can be easily integrated into almost all seats. The dimensions and contour of the heating element are determined by your application and design. An optimal design of the heating wire ensures homogeneous heat distribution and pleasant thermal comfort.

Execution

Many design variants of the heating elements are possible:
· With ready-to-plug connection cable
· With thermostat for temperature control
· With temperature sensor
· With thermostat as over-temperature protection
· With self-adhesive film for easy heating element installation
