The first implementation of your product design
The production of prototypes or release samples marks the important step in which the developed heating element design, for example, is implemented into a real component for the first time. These patterns are critical to ensure that the developed components meet specific requirements. Through initial performance tests with these prototypes, we can check, for example, whether the heating behavior and mechanical properties correspond to the specifications and wishes.
Integrating the samples with the customer ensures that they can be seamlessly integrated into the customer assembly process. This step ensures that the heating elements not only meet our standards, but also fit perfectly with your product and your production processes.

Series Production
Transition to series production after design approval
Once the design for heating elements or cable sets has been approved, we begin the series production process.
Continuous quality controls are planned and carried out throughout the entire production process to ensure that our heating elements and cable sets always meet the required standards. If deviations occur, they are immediately identified and corrected to ensure consistently high product quality. Our commitment to quality and precision are an integral part of our series production.
